Wavout will help you reach out to people around you (Local, Social, eNeighbour, within 2.5KM radius), it will make you locally active and start to socialize with local people. Locally tweet, message and become a social Neighborhood.
Wavout will help people around you (within 1.6mi to 2.5KM) to get information about the incidents/events/alerts happening/any other fun activity.
You can get to know about things you need to know, in real time instead of finding it in the evening NEWS. Inform your locality about a dangerous animal alert, burglar alert, missing kid/pet, anyone stuck due to gas run out or lost/ school info broadcast etc.
This will help in contributing real time to the community locally and help out real time and quickly, like if a missing person is reported you could see that person maybe and help them get back to the family.

Current Features:-

- Send/Receive Wavout messages, to all who use the app within 1.6mi (2.5KM) around you
- Keep a track of 5 locations outside your area, for Ex:- track on whats happening around your parents place, work, school, etc
- It keeps a history of 100 last messages (includes the ones you send, received from others around and also from the tracking locations)
- 100 messages in history means, depending on chatter in your tracking locality/localities it can mean history of few mins or history of few hours/days
- Register each device using a valid email. Each device is treated as unique, you can use the same email id to register multiple devices
- If the app is in background, then based on user location there will be real-time push notification to send out messages from users close by.

Disclaimer:- "Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life."

Future feature thoughts:-

- Seperate messages for each tracked location
- Send messages with different types like General/Emergency help/Events/Incidents
